ECWA College of Nursing Sciences, Egbe, Kogi State, was established with the vision of providing quality nursing education and training with a Christian ethos to future nurses and midwives. The College is situated within a 55-acre medical complex that includes an Academic Campus and a Residential Campus. The College currently offers Basic & Post Basic Nursing, Basic Midwifery and ND/HND Nursing programs to a student population of over 400. To further sustain this mandate, the College is seeking qualified candidates for the following positions.

Secretary to the Provost
The Secretary to the Provost provides administrative and clerical support by managing office records and correspondence, preparing and proofreading official documents, serving as the point of contact for inquiries, coordinating communications, taking and distributing meeting minutes, maintaining office supplies and databases, tracking important deadlines and compliance requirements, and assisting with general office operations and other duties as assigned.
Nurse Educator
Nurse Educators play a crucial role in shaping the future of nursing by developing and implementing educational programs for aspiring nurses. They are responsible for creating curriculum, conducting lectures, and providing hands-on training to students. Nurse Educators also assess the progress of their students and provide guidance and support where necessary.
Midwife Educator
The Midwife Educator will play a crucial role in shaping the future of midwifery by developing and implementing educational programs for aspiring midwives. They are responsible for creating curriculum, conducting lectures, and providing hands-on training to students. Midwife Educators also assess the progress of their students and provide guidance and support where necessary.
Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer is responsible for designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation systems to assess programme effectiveness and ensure compliance with standards.
Entrepreneurship Lecturer
The Entrepreneurship Lecturer will teach entrepreneurship courses, mentor students in business development, and foster entrepreneurial thinking.
Sickbay Nurse
The Sickbay Nurse will provide first aid, manage minor illnesses, and coordinate referrals to ECWA Hospital Egbe for advanced medical care.
Nursing/Midwifery Lecturers
Nursing/Midwifery Lecturers are responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, engage in research, and contribute to curriculum development in Nursing and Midwifery programmes.
