Receptionist Employment Opportunity



Position Summary

The receptionist will be the first point of contact for new students, faculty, and visitors. Success applicant will handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide administrative support to other officers. They are expected to ensure smooth communication within the College and contribute to creating a welcoming environment for everyone.


  • Welcome and profile college guests with top-notch guest supports.
  • Give out information about the
  • Direct guests to the appropriate office or department.
  • Perform administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and supporting different college departments.
  • Keep track of staff attendance.
  • Maintain the College’s security through access control.
  • Render assistance during College’s projects and events.
  • Manages College’s guest house.
  • Other responsibilities as may be assigned.

Qualifications/ Experience
Applicants MUST:

  • Possess a National Diploma (ND) in Hospitality, Management Business or Public Administration, or any other related discipline
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience or demonstrated related experience.
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have good customer service abilities.
  • Be hospitable, friendly, and possess an approachable demeanor.
  • Be proficient in basic computer skills.
  • Have strong organizational skills.
  • Be a committed Christian.
  • Be between the age of 18 and 45 years old.
